Week in iPhone Pics #20

I have not been doing these because, quite honestly, it's a lot of work.  Then I find out that my favorite collage/editing site, Picnik, is shutting down.  WTF...now how will I throw these pics together at the last minute just so I can share my every waking second with you as if you care?!    Linking up with Amy cause I like her every waking moment (does that sound stalkerish?).

The week was rough...work was crazy.  But the weekend was super sweet.  Here's the deets:

Monday was a pretty crazy work day as we ran around preparing for the seminars we were hosting all week long.  In amongst all the contract printing, RSVPing, and packing of supplies, I managed to knock out a quick little web graphic for one of our promotions.  Since my husband owns a country bar and this particular bar was, ahem, attempting to snare some of his business, I did so begrudgingly.  You can tell from my steely-eyed selfie that I was not happy about this traitor business.

Tuesday I decided that since I sucked royally at the January Photo-A-Day Challenge on Instagram that I should sign up for a February one!  Let's see if I can remember to take the darn pictures.

Nash got to spent the day at home with Daddy, the remote, and Yo Gabba, so he didn't mind if I needed to work a bit late so I could take some more selfies.

Wednesday started bright and early, so I didn't even get to see my little man before I headed out.  Thankfully, I have the best Hubs in the world, who sent me this sweet little snapshot of my babyman eating pastina at Grammy's house.  Such a good little Italian boy.

In order to make it through Day 2 of said seminars, Doug and I hit up the Cracker Barrel for some old timey snacks.  Thank goodness for goo-goos and diet coke.  I sped home to get some snuggles with my main man before packing it up and heading over to Italy Italy for some prep/cook/clean up free dinner.  Nash was very serious about watching his cartoons on my iPhone...

Friday morning, I snapped a pic of this kitty that has decided to make our front porch his new home.  We're thinking he can't be a stray because he's (1) too friendly, (2) too fat and (3) wants to come in our house something bad.  Too bad we can't keep you, Buddy <---that's his new (temporary) name.

I got to leave work early on Friday since apparently I am only allowed to work so many hours and I had capped out thanks to early mornings and late evenings.  So I spent some quality time with Bubs who ran towards me for a hug (I don't think that's what he was really doing, but it felt good typing it).  Since Daddy and Mimi had to work it was just us.  We got some stuff done around the house, had a yummy dinner, and watch cartoons before snuggling into bed.

Saturday began with a Public run followed by a vacuum cleaner ride (who knew those things looked like ponies??).  After being couped up in the house, we hit the front yard for some outside time.  We went on a little walk while daddy napped, and Mama helped herself to some warm tea.

For dinner, I hit up Pinterest and decided to try my hand at these delicious looking ham and cheese sliders.  They were just that, folks...delicious.

Sunday, Bubs and I went on a long (and painful) stroller run.  After 3.55 miles of misery, we headed back home to try on Daddy's glasses (doesn't he look just like Joe??).

We headed out later in the afternoon, but had to make a pit stop on the driveway to say hi to Buddy.  Apparently he likes me.  Looks like we have a new kitty.

And that's it!  Phew!  Can't believe I imagine to post all this...  Hope you guys actually care to read it all...haha...  If not, I'll try harder next time.

Week in iPhone Pics #19

So, I was a little crazy with the pics this week. I think I was trying to make up for a few weeks of less-then plentiful photos, or maybe this was just a photo-friendly week.  Either way, I'm going to make you sit through a long post filled with way too many pics of my cute (I think) little man...and a few other things too.  Oh, and when you're done here, head on over to a good life and see how their week went.

In case you noticed, I skipped Sunday.  Those pics were covered by his birthday post.

Monday started out with an unhappy little man.   Apparently, my flash is not the first thing he wants to see in the morning.  The rest of my morning was filled with half-marathon registration and candy cane eating.  Love this time of year.  After lunch we hit up the doctor for Nash's 12-month well visit and learned he is in fact perfect.

It had been a dreary couple of days here, so I was not surprised to find myself in rainy traffic on the way home Monday.  My dreary mood was lifted, however, as soon as I got home and saw how much Nash loves his Thomas the Train!  The boys discussed the dynamics of ceiling fans in front of the Christmas tree.

Tuesday began with some milk drinking (he loves it now that I add vanilla extract to it - best advice ever).  Work meant passing off some of the mother-in-laws cookies and saying goodbye to a co-worker who decided to jump ship - leaving each of us with a token to remember her by (check out mine).  The rain was finally drying up, so I raced home to have dinner with the boys before playtime.

Nash loves his new music table.  Know what else he loves?  Attacking daddy and pointing at E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G.

Sometimes work life crosses into regular life...which is exactly what happened Wednesday morning.  We talked about goal-setting, and I got all motivated.  I need to check back in with my 30-Before-30 list and think about some resolutions (no more sugar = must).  At lunch, I hit up the photo store to check out some fun colored camera bags (Christmas is coming up!).

After work, Bubs and I share a delicious meal in front of the tv (mom of the year award).  After dinner, he felt the need to rearrange his room and settled into the big chair to read himself a few stories.  They grow up so fast, you know...

Thursday was a beautiful day!!  Which really irked me since I was stuck inside all day.  But I did manage to break out during lunch to feel the sun on my ankles and grab some Ben n Jerry's (there's that damn sugar again).  Thursdays are always rough work days and judging by the amount of red ink on this report, this Thursday was about par for the course.

That night, Bubs decided it was super comfy to sleep on the tile and chewed on his friends after inviting them into his ball pit.  Such a good host.

Friday was cookie exchange day at work, so I walked away with a ton of yummy treats (really, Theresa?  More Sugar??)  Nash discovered it's really awesome to keep your blanket on your head all the time.  We watched some Yo Gabba and cuddled for 10 minutes before he realized it was way cooler to chill in his carseat and watch.  He also mastered sticking the foam letters onto the tiles during bath time (hi naked baby tushie).

After the little man conked out, I met some friends out for a few drinks.  We got pretty silly and I was super stoked when Joe showed up to hang out (he was working, but got to leave early)!

Bubs woke up super happy on Saturday (especially during tent time with daddy).  While he napped, I whipped up a cute little diaper cover (using this tutorial) for this sweet photo shoot I have been planning (will share soon).  We also got some new friends shipping in for Nash's birthday from my dad.

While daddy chilled on the golf course with his dad, Mama and Nash headed to the toddler park in Viera.  It's made for kids aged 2-5, so he was right at home with the little slides and tunnels (and may have enjoyed the mulch way too much).

Perfect ending?  Dinner and margaritas with my main man.

Who could imagine a better week?!  Go ahead, try me...

Week in iPhone Pics #18

What a crazy week!  I knew that since I had drill last weekend and Bub's birthday party was this Sunday that it was going to be crazy, but wow.  I'm exhausted and the week's just starting.  I need a vacation...too bad I used it all in August (which got messed up thanks to a hurricane randomly hitting the northeast).  Shoutouts to Amy for starting this cool linkup...   If you like this puppy, head on over to a good life...it's full of goodness.

Get ready, here comes the week:

Sunday was the last day of drill until February!!  But that meant a whole weekend of briefings..ugh!  I tried really hard to stay awake, but it truly was death by powerpoint. I eventually had to sneak out to try and get some actual work done.

That night, I was so sore from the PT test on Saturday and exhausted from the week in general (plus Joe had to work a charity event at the bar), so I crawled into a hot bath with leftover Chipotle and my phone.  #perfection

Back to work, back to work, work, work, work, work!  Monday I spent quite a bit of time at the front desk because Mel had a little car trouble and couldn't make it in.  That meant lots of selfies, for sure.

After work, we met Joe's parents at our favorite sushi restaurant where Bubs annihilated all the food we brought, then proceeded to go buck wild.  After wrangling him into the car to get home for a bath, we remembered that TWO boxes had come from my friend Mindy and were waiting to be opened!  She had her mom sent Nash a birthday and a Christmas gift all the way from Iraq!  That's friendship, people!

The time was c.r.a.w.l.i.n.g. on Wednesday (especially those last 11 minutes), so I tried to pass the time by taking weird selfies.  This is what goes on in radio...didn't you know?

Daddy was working again, so Bubs and I had dinner and snuggled a bit before calling it a day.

Thursday was a play place day!!  Bubs is really starting to attack that place...he sprawled all over the plane, then took over the toy section.  He was playing with the older kids even, although some of them were running him over.  He finally decided it was cool to push the stroller himself (I have been waiting for this day), so it took us quite a while to get back to work.  I spent the rest of the day perfecting the invite for our company Christmas party (can you say "last minute"?).

Once again, there was a giant box waiting when I got home.  This time, Nash's Aunts had sent this incredible wooden table and chairs with sports stuff all over them!  Nash just had to help daddy get it put together THAT NIGHT.  And he totally took to the chairs and has been crawling (and standing) all over them ever since.  Thanks Aunt Geega and Aunt Paula!

Friday Nash decided he would rather eat his birthday cards then read them, and I figured there must be fiber in them or something, so why not.  After dinner, we snuggled on the couch for some Yo Gabba, and then I picked up a bit while Bubs sat in the corner and read his books (when did this start happening?).

Since Joe was at work (again), I stayed up late getting the house ready for the big weekend and even knocked out the foam lightsabers for the party (which were a hit, I might add).   Thanks to Pinterest for that idea!

I'm so bummed I didn't take any pics at the first party we went to!  Ok, let me back up.  Saturday we had not one, but two birthday parties to attend!  And they were both at the same time!  First, we headed down south to our friend's Amanda, Jeff, and Baby Chase for his first birthday.  They had this awesome polar express theme and tons of kids, good food, and fun times (which is why I'm bummed I didn't take pics).  And to be honest, the pic from Stacie, Daniel, and Baby Daniel's party above - Joe took it.  Yep, bad mother.

I did, however, manage to take pics of Joe and I on our margarita date (priorities, I tell ya!)...

So that's the week!  Look for the post with birthday party and ONE YEAR update pics coming soon!

Week in iPhone Pics #17

This week marks the second time I've done this including Saturday and Sunday, and I think I'm liking it.  I dunno, maybe it's me, but I just feel better about my life knowing I do more than just go to work, go home, fall asleep, go to work, go home...   Even so, I had drill this weekend, so I really didn't deviate from my boring old schedule much anyways.  Well let's get down to it...oh, and check out Amy's page if you wanna see where I got the idea for this.

DAMN!  I forgot to take pictures on Sunday...  Not even one!!

Monday was the day of play!!  At lunch, we got some grub from Nature's Table, then hit up the play place.  There were lots of kiddos around to make friends with, but Nash was more interested in climbing the slide and laying down in it.

After work and dinner and all that "have to" business, Nashie and Dad made blanket tents and the little man did his best "woe is me" impression on one of our pillows.

Tuesday morning during my run, I noticed all of the pretty Christmas lights that were up.  Sadly, the only thing we have up so far is this piddly little waving snowman thing.  We've got to get our sh*t together or it'll be New Years before we know it.

At lunch, I learned that our mall just got a Moe's!!  We already have one in town, but it's a bit too far for lunch, so this is awesome.  Even so, I prefer Chipotle...

That night we met our friends Tiffany and Elliott and their baby girl Kyla out at the Melting Pot for some yum-o fondue (courtesy of some freebie gift certificates).  Although Bubs was a bit out of sorts that night, we managed to make it through without too many issues.

I didn't even leave the office for lunch on Wednesday.  Working web lunch and budget analysis really killed my motivation.

Thursday means play place!!  Bubs put his new found communication skills to good use making friends at the mall (translation:  he walked around screaming at all the other kids...they were understandably shaken).  He stopped screaming just long enough to hop a ride in his airplane (don't those eyes just scream, back off co-pilot, I've got the controls?)...

After dinner, we all snuggled on the couch to watch some Yo Gabba and play with the kitty toys (no eyes were poked out during this play session...thank god).

Friday was no bueno.  After finding out on Tuesday that my sweet, sweet kitty Scooter had kidney failure, we ended up putting him to sleep on Friday.  It was definitely a tough day, so I decided to take pics of all the things that cheered me up that day.  1.  Yum-o smoothie from TS.  2.  Beautiful flowers from my super sweet co-workers (thanks, guys).  3.  Ben N Jerry's (thanks again to co-workers for suggesting).  4.  Snuggling with my Bubman after his bath.

Saturday I had to be up BRIGHT and early for my Army Physical Fitness Test (AKA APFT...AKA God help me).  It was a morning of not much until I headed to Chipotle ::insert cheers here:: for lunch.  I also headed over to H&M to stock up on new items for FFWU and the Bubs.

When I got home, I found a very asleep little man who had refused to nap at Grandmom and Grandpop's that day (excited much, buddy?).  After we woke him up for dinner, he was seriously crankers.  But he settled down next to dad on the couch and seriously examined his wash cloth at bathtime.  These things calm babies, didn't you know?

Well that's another week down.  Hope you enjoyed it more than I did!!

Week in iPhone Pics #16

This post is a few days late, but you know what...it was Thanksgiving, I had 4 days off in a row, and I just wanted to kick back with the fam and just get sh*t done, you know?  No blogging...shoot, we barely turned the tv on!  Our house looks great, we got some shopping done, and I was recharged for work Monday morning.  So, as usual, we're linking up with Amy and sharing our week!  Here we go!

Monday I drove up to Daytona Beach bright and early to welcome my old unit back from D.C.  I got to play media for the day, got to see old friends, AND I got paid for it!  After the welcome home ceremony was over, my friends and I hit up this beach front restaurant.  We reminisced, enjoyed the sea breeze, and ate french fries.

Tuesday was a hectic day at work thanks to a minor debacle with our Thanksgiving Feast turkey (one word:  frozen).  So the only photographable moment of the day was the beautiful sunset on my ride HOME from work.

Wednesday was my last day of work before the holiday, and thanks to the way radio works, there wasn't much to actually work on (everything is due the day before so traffic can schedule and merge logs).  So I took the opportunity to clean up my desk, ordered our holiday cards (thank you Shutterfly Groupon deal), and made sure everything would be ready to go for Monday when I came back to work.

Joe had to work that night (Chippendale debacle!!), so Nash and I just hung out at home.  We watched a Christmas movie while sitting in the toy box and wolfed down some mini tuna sammies and grapes.

Thanksgiving started out bright and early with the Suntree Turkey Trot 5k at 8:30 in the morning.  It was the first 5k Bubs and I did together, so I was really proud when we completed the race at a 10:25 pace.  I have to admit though, my shoulder was a bit sore the next day from trying to guide the stroller with one arm (I don't have the swiveling front wheel).  But we had a good time and even shared a post-race apple.

That afternoon, we headed over to the in-laws' to celebrate Thanksgiving.  Bubs got to have his first Thanksgiving meal complete with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.  After dinner, Bubs played with Grandmom, sat with Daddy, and even got to test out his birthday present (he mastered the button in just a few minutes)!

We decided to brave the Black Friday crowds this year, so we hit up Toys R Us and Best Buy around 9 am (not too early, but it was still insane).  After a quick nap and a milk recharge, we headed up Viera to check out Old Navy and the Super Target.  All that shopping required yet another recharge, so we wolfed down some cheese and a PB&J smoothie (Nash chugged it like a champ!)...

Saturday Joe spent the day dealing with our new sofa issue (pick up, drop off, rearranging), so Bubs and I got to spend some time together.  We hit up the park where Bubs played with all the non-toys and sat quietly sipping juice.  Took a miracle to get him over to the playground to actually play, but once we did, he was happy as all get out!

Daddy worked that night too (4 mights in a row!!), so we ate spaghetti and green beans in the living room before cruising the room diaper-only style.  After putting Nash to bed, I sat down to watch old Kardashian episodes, fold all our clean laundry (I love laundry), and enjoy a glass of wine.  Not a bad Saturday, even if Joe couldn't be there with us.

So that's our week...it was pretty crazy and hectic, but it was full of fun too.  We seriously crammed a ton of things into 7 days and I showed up at work on Monday feeling accomplished and refreshed.  Every week should be a 3-day work week!

Week in iPhone Pics #15

I am a few ::ahem:: days late on this, but it's been a busy week (do I say that every week?).  Even still, I thought I should share my week with you guys...in case any of you are clinging to the edge of your seat waiting to see what boring thrilling things I did this week.  And this week I threw Saturday and Sunday in there...

Linking up with Amy...who's way better at this than me!

On Sunday, we got to spend the whole day together!  (Editor's Note:  see, isn't it better when you don't start the week with a work day?  I agree...::  We spend the morning zooming around the playroom on Nash's little man bike.  He's obsessed with this thing (and anything else that moves), so thank god Uncle Chris and Aunt Sophy gave us this...  Later on in the day, we packed up our water bottle and headed over to Joe's parents' house (they are down for three whole months!!) where Nash showed us his high-speed running skills.  The rest of the night was spent with our friends Tiffany and Elliott (and their sweet baby girl Kyla).

On Monday, I switched up my whole office look by replacing my wallpaper with a shot from this weekend's farmer's market.  Man, he's cute...don't ya think?  After work, we headed out for a family stroller jog and then spent the night chasing after a certain cranky mccrankerson.

Tuesday seemed like a good day to bust out the fancy peacock feather tights...and to knock out a sweet flyer for our company's Thanksgiving Feast.  Not to shabby, if I do say so myself.  While Mama slaved away at work, Bubs got to hang out with his grandparents and eat a metric ton of fruit (that white tee was, uh, not white by the time I got there).

The only thing notable about Wednesday was that I busted out a scarf for the first time this season (who cares if it's Florida so it's only a summer scarf)!

Thursday was the day of Nash-filled mischief!  First he attacked the family room vertical blinds, then tried to take out a pot much larger than he.  Then it was on to the toy box/basket/wagon thing that he just loves to climb in.  Finally, the little man set his eyes on Mama (curled up in the corner) and ran over to jump on top of her.

Friday was the last day for Baby Signs...which I am both happy and sad about.  It was so great to spend time with other mamas and for Bubs to play with kiddos, and it was awesome to get out of work a bit early on Fridays to hang out with him.  But man did it suck having to drive haul ass to be there by 5:30.  And it really was an insane free for all...those kids were not paying any attention to us AT ALL.

Saturday Bubs once again attempted to tackle the toy box/basket/wagon thing...as you can see from the look on his face, he's not happy.  Flash to 2 minutes in the box, and he's screaming at me to unwedge him from between the Ben n Jerrys ice cream truck and the mr. incredible squeaky doll.  Give it up, kid...

Well, that's our week.  It wasn't too exciting, but it was good on our end!  This coming week is Thanksgiving, so we can't wait to eat good food, get out of work for a few days, and spend some much needed quality time with family.

Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving!

Week in iPhone Pics #14

I must admit up front that I was not very good at taking pics this week, but I have an idea.  I'm going to start doing my week including the weekends.  I'm so much better at taking pics when I'm not working (plus there isn't much exciting to photograph at work), so look for version 2.0 next week!

Linking up with Amy at a good life...

Just another manic monday...which means work (boo), cuddles with my man after work (yayyy), and a thrashed playroom.  Daddy spent most of the evening trying to conquer his new Tiger Woods golf game (courtesy of Nash for Daddy's birthday), so Bubs and I tried to figure out how long it would take us to dump out every single toy/book/DVD he has. Not long, we discovered.

My BFFs met me at the front door after my morning run on Tuesday.  Bubs decided to wake up early, so Mama lucked out (and Daddy got screwed).  Bubs wasn't too happy to be outside, but BoBo (the stuffed doggie in his clenched fist) seemed pretty content.

For lunch I checked out this health food market right around the corner from work and discovered that they have ::gasp:: a juice bar!!  I have SERIOUSLY been looking/hoping for one for EVER.  I got the "greens only" with a bit of tasty green apple to cut the healthy-ness a bit.  Yum!

There were only two highlights of this week's Wednesday.  Lunch time - where I perused Barnes and Noble for the latest photography mags and even checked out some sweet iPhone apps (can you say stealthy camera mode??).  The other highlight was hanging out with the hubs after our evening run...kinda miss that guy, you know...

Thursdays are always my most hectic day, so I saved all the snaps for the post-work hours.  I couldn't wait to get out of there - even if it wasn't until almost 6 pm.  My man was waiting for me to come home so I could feed him dinner, play some peek-a-boo, and shove my iPhone flash in his face a billion times.  Daddy didn't seem too thrilled to be on that side of the camera either (he's normally the photog for my Friday's Fashion Wrap Up series).

Friday was a weird day.  One of the sales reps (and someone I was building a friendship with) decided to resign.  On top of that, I didn't get the position I applied for - even though the boss says there's bigger things out there for me.  But I managed to sneak in a few excitable hiya, howya doin pics for my man...and in return, I get open-mouth-oh-hey-mama pics.

While killing time in between meetings, I came across this quote that I just HAD to send to Joe.  He's getting into running with me, but sometimes I worry that he thinks he's not enough of a "runner" to hang.  As this quote points out, if you run, you're a runner.  Period.  Sent it to the hubs ASAP.

After work, I hung out with the cutest little man alive - who also happened to be very tired aka clingy aka whiney.  We took calls from the neighborhood kids while watching Nemo until it was finally time to hit the sack.

And that's it for this week!  I have GOT to get planning on Bubs birthday extravaganza and cannot wait to share all the details with you!

Week in iPhone Pics #13

Once again, we've missed some weeks, but it's been crazy around here.  Birthdays, radio events, army stuff, etc.., etc...  But we're back on the boat this week, so here goes.  As usual...linking up with Amy over at a good life

Monday was halloween, so we started the week off right with a little mustache prank.  Way too many people said my 'stache actually looked good, so I'm still a bit hesitant to rock the menswear trend any time in the near future.  At lunch, my men and I hit up the mall for some food and friends.  Too bad there was literally NO ONE at the play place, so we had it all to ourselves.  Bubs took over his favorite car (of course) and played "in the tube - not coming out" with daddy.

Later that day, I heard about the ridiculousness that was Kim K's marriage is now over.  We settled all our intraoffice bets, but I still love the girl...what can I say.

We stayed in that night (since we did our trick-or-treating the night before) and handed out candy to all the little ghouls.  We actually got quite a few, so no candy was wasted.

Tuesday started with some Mama - Nash cuddles in the bathroom.  I worked (again), so brought out the new fish eye lens to capture the awesomeness that is cubicle life.  Mike looks thrilled, eh?
At lunch, the team and I decided to hit up the new Buffalo Wild Wings.  Good news:  food was delish and a good time was had by all.  Bad news: we totally got chewed out by the boss for taking an hour and a half lunch when no one is at budget (I don't have a budget, but I was contributing to the delinquency of our sales staff).  Since the day was pretty shitastic after that, I vented my frsutrations during a nice post-work walk with my two favorite guys.

Wednesday was super busy, so I only managed to take 2 pictures!  I had lots of stuff to do to prepare for drill this weekend, so I was combing over old NCOER's trying to get ideas.  I have to evaluate someone I've seen only twice in the last year, so I needed some serious inspiration!

While I slaved away, Nashman hung out with Daddy, Mimi, AND Suzi...and even got to go for a short walk around the neighborhood.  Doesn't he look dashing in his sweet jeans and sneaks?!

Thursday was going to be terrible, so I just saved the picture taking for my Bubs.  First thing in the morning, he greeted me with a sweet little smile over the baby gate.  Come on, Mama...you know you wanna give me some of your peanut butter toast.

After a hellish work day, I came home to a handsome husband, a perfect little man, and a First Halloween card from Grandpa (my dad)!  Too cute.  Bathtime was lots of fun that night (aka Mama got soaked and Bubs had a blast).

Friday we were supposed to go to Baby Signs class after work, BUT Daddy left the car seat base in his car and had to work all day/night, so I was a bit bummed.  So, we decided to stay home, have broom ninja competitions, and snuggle while chewing on pieces of our sippy cup.

Overall it was a good week, even if it was super busy and thus a tad annoying.  We're hoping to do our holiday photo session this coming weekend, so will be scouting our closets and local retailers for family outfit choices!  What to wear?!?!?!

Week in iPhone Pics #12

So this should be week 13, buuuuut, we missed last week.  Life happens, you know...

We have sooooo much stuff to blog about around here...cannot wait.  But we gotta get through the Week in iPhone first.  One step at a time.  Linking up with Amy at a good life...cause she rocks...and so does little P-Ray.

The details:

Monday was an awesome day...because all my pics are of Bubs!  Nothing else seemed worthy of my click-click.  So we partied at the place play during lunch, as usual.  Bubs is really starting to get into it and makes all kinds of friends while he is there.  At work, we sat down for a delicious dinner followed up by some even more delicious grapes.  We do healthy desserts here...until tomorrow anyways!  After dessert, the sugar rush helped Bub climb into (and out of and into and...) his basket.  He also played "get mama" in the tunnel.

Tuesday was ANOTHER work day, and one of two days during the week that I cover down on the front desk so Melanie can go to lunch.  The eye in the sky watches over me so I don't listen to other stations.  After work, Nash conquered the basket from another angle and we were so proud of him, we took him to Del's for some late night ice cream.  After stuffing ourselves, Bubs decided he wanted to pick all the dots off his bath mat.

Wednesday is Sales Meeting day!  My iPhone has become the cool new way to capture notes, so I snap a pic and send to the boss.  We also a staff meeting at lunchtime, so on the way to get the food for everyone, I stopped at Panera (my fave) and got a Pink Ribbon bagel in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Bummer of it was that I not only hit crappy construction on the way back to work, but the food (chinese hibachi) leaked all over my car and eventually my clothes.  Ugh.  I took out my stress on the sidewalk with a little post-work walk.

There wasn't really much to say about Thursday except that it was cold.  I know what you're thinking...59 isn't cold!  Oh, but it is when you're a Floridian who HATES the cold.  70 is too cold, people.  And by the way, turn down the darn A/C...

I was super busy at work on Friday, but Joe was nice enough to send me a pic of the little man going for a walk in his new Puma jacket.  I think he looks like his Grandma in that pic!  In the afternoon, I ran over to this maternity/baby consignment sale to see if I could snag anything good.  There wasn't too much, but I did found an awesome toddler swing!  It was totally on his Christmas list and I totally got it for 50% less that it sells for normally!  Woo hoo!  Before bedtime Friday, Nash showed me his awesome skills.  FYI...my kid can dunk and he's only 10 months old.

So that's it for this week, but we've got tons more coming!
